Local deliveries in Lagos are same-day for parcels received at our office before 11am. National deliveries typically take 2–3 business days (Standard) or 4–7 business days (Economy). International shipments between Nigeria and the UK are estimated at 7–14 business days. All timeframes are operational targets, not guarantees.

Do I need to declare what’s in my package?

Yes. You are required to provide an accurate description of the contents of every shipment, including the nature, quantity, and value of items. This is a legal obligation — not optional. PostAm reserves the right to inspect any package and to refuse, return, or report shipments containing undeclared, misdeclared, or prohibited items. For international shipments, accurate customs declarations are also required by law.

Do you offer pickup services?

Yes. You can choose between drop-off at our Lagos office or schedule a pickup from your location. Pickup is available for both local and national shipments.

What is the maximum weight?

Local and national shipments: up to 50kg. International shipments: up to 30kg. For anything heavier, contact our team to arrange a custom shipment.
